Timothy Brooks, 24, was identified as the victim of a fatal shooting at a bar in Uniontown early Saturday morning.
Brooks, a resident of Uniontown, was discovered by police at Club Lux on Morgantown Street just before 5 a.m. with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to WVU Uniontown Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Fayette County Coroner Bob Baker confirmed Brooks’ identity later on Saturday.
Authorities have ruled the death a homicide and are actively investigating the case. No suspects have been identified at this time.
