One person was killed after a rollover crash in North Massapequa Friday afternoon.
Thomas Bayer, 57, of Lindenhurst, died in the crash between a white Toyota Camry and his black Chevrolet Colorado.
The accident occurred at about 2 p.m. on the Southern State Parkway, in the eastbound lane east of Exit 29 and Hicksville Road.
According to New York State Troopers, two vehicles collided leading to one of them, the Chevrolet Colorado, being overturned.
Bayer, who was driving the Colorado, was taken to Nassau University Medical Center with critical injuries where he later died.
The driver of the Camry was taken to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
