UT Southern Shooting Investigations: Multiple agencies including The Pulaski Police Department, Giles County Sheriff’s Office, and THP are responding to a phone tip about an incident at UT Southern Wednesday. According to reports, law enforcement agencies are responding to a report of an active shooter at the campus located in 433 W Madison St, Pulaski, TN 38478.
Students and residents have been urged to shelter in place at a secured location as law enforcement agencies investigate the ongoing report. A hard lockdown has been imposed at the campus and it’s surrounding buildings. According to WKSR radio, Authorities are working now to investigate and clear the Campus, but as of this moment, everything is normal according to authorities. Officials from Giles County are on the scene of the incident.
In an email to students, UT Southern Alerts, warned residents to stay secured inside, shut all doors and windows until the investigation is over and the campus is cleared. This is a developing story.
