A missing, endangered juvenile alert has been issued for Dalilah Reed, last seen Tuesday afternoon in the Uintah County City of Ballard.
Dalilah, 13, is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday wearing a black sweater, dark jeans and a pink backpack.
At the time, she was in the Ballard area of 2600 South and 1500 East.
