A Silver Alert has been activated for a 76-year-old woman from Ogden who was last seen on Saturday morning.
Patsy Lee Moreland Prasch was reported missing after she left her home around 9 a.m. on Saturday to go grocery shopping. She was last seen driving a red 2007 Ford Focus with Utah license plate 2CCH0, in the vicinity of the 300 block of 34th Street.
Ogden City police were notified when Prasch, who has dementia, did not return home.
Prasch is a White female, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighs around 190 pounds. She has gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blouse and shorts, but the colors are unknown.
