Scarlett Smith, who was last seen on Monday evening in the 15700 block of West US 90 A in Gonzales, Texas, is being sought by the Gonzales County Sheriff’s Office. Scarlett is 187 pounds, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and possesses hazel eyes and red or auburn hair. When last observed, she was donning a red Nike hoodie.
Barry Van Mersbergen, 22, who may also be identified as Ben, was last seen driving a tan 2012 GMC Terrain bearing the Texas license plate number “3RVWG.” Investigators are currently searching for him. His apprehension is warranted about the disappearance of Scarlett. She is a possible runaway who voluntarily accompanied Berry, according to the police, and is believed to be in imminent peril.
