Rhyce Harding Obituary – Rhyce Harding, aged 27, passed away on Thursday after being struck by a white ute on Jersey Road in Blackett, located 48 kilometers west of Sydney’s CBD, around 8:45 am. Reports indicate that Mr. Harding confronted the male driver after an earlier altercation, resulting in him being dragged approximately 100 meters along the road before the fatal impact.
Following the incident, a 39-year-old man turned himself in to Mount Druitt Police Station on Friday morning. Mr. Harding’s best friend, Stacey, revealed that she was speaking to him on the phone moments before the tragic event, during which he mentioned being tailgated. The 27-year-old had previously been involved in a collision with the 39-year-old suspect. Despite efforts by NSW Ambulance paramedics, Mr. Harding could not be saved. Witnesses, including a local tradie, described the scene of emergency services attempting to revive him. Known for his passion for kickboxing, Mr. Harding was a cherished member of World Gym Marsden Park, where staff and members expressed their grief over his untimely passing.
