Tragedy struck Elkhart, Indiana early Thursday morning when a shooting outside The Galley Sports Pub left two young men dead: 30-year-old Michael Pike and 24-year-old Jalen Young.

Just before 12:30AM on December 15th, Elkhart police responded to reports of a shooting in the 3100 block of Northview Drive, The Galley’s parking lot.

Officers arrived to find Michael Pike deceased at the scene. Jalen Young had also been shot and was transported to an area hospital, where he subsequently succumbed to his injuries.

22-Year-Old Arrested

22-year-old Christian Wall has been arrested by Elkhart police and charged with murder over the fatal shootings. The Elkhart County Homicide Unit is actively investigating the tragic incident.
