Justin Hayes, the CEO and founder of NFH (Never Fearing Heights), has tragically passed away, leaving behind a legacy of entrepreneurship, passion, and dedication to his family and community. Justin’s unexpected death has deeply saddened all who knew him. Known for his drive and determination, Justin was a visionary who built his business from the ground up, establishing NFH as a well-respected name in its field. He was a beloved figure in Little Falls, NY, and was admired for his leadership and his ability to inspire those around him.
Born and raised in Little Falls, Justin attended Dolgeville Central School, where he graduated in 2006. He was a natural athlete, particularly excelling at basketball, where his quickness on the court earned him the nickname “Blaze.” Justin’s love for sports was matched only by his passion for music, a constant presence in his life. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Justin was a devoted family man, deeply loved by his parents, his fiancée, and his children. His love for his family and friends was evident in everything he did, and he was always ready to lend a hand or offer his support when it was needed.
In addition to his role at NFH, Justin also owned and operated J.N.A Games, further demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit. He recently took on a position at Gamestop in Herkimer, where he worked as a Key Holder, a job he found immense satisfaction in. Despite his busy professional life, Justin continued to use his selling talents on eBay, making a name for himself as a gifted seller. His commitment to his work and his ability to balance his various roles was a testament to his hardworking and dedicated nature.
Justin is survived by his parents, Stanley Hayes Jr. and Jeanne Hayes, his fiancée Briana Marie Lewis, and his children Ashen, Parker Hayes, Brantley Michael Hayes, and Cason Charles Hayes. His brother and best friend Stanley Hayes III, along with his extended family, including nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, also mourn his loss. Justin was predeceased by his uncle Wayne Lamphere, his grandparents, and his best furry friend, Chi-Chi. A graveside service will be held in the spring, followed by a celebration of life to honor and remember Justin’s vibrant spirit and the indelible mark he left on the world.
