Julian House, Known as Rico Osama in The Music Scene, Fatally Shot in A Triple Shooting on Jacksonville’s Westside; Shooter Still at Large
A local rapper has been identified as the victim in a triple shooting that occurred on Jacksonville’s Westside this past Tuesday.
Julian House, known in the music scene as Rico Osama, was confirmed as the 21-year-old casualty by both family members and law enforcement sources. His personal Facebook page showcases images of him with his newborn child, born just last December.
The gunfire erupted around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, as indicated by surveillance footage showing bullets being discharged precisely at 3:53 p.m. Law enforcement swiftly arrived at the location in the 6300 block of San Juan Avenue, discovering House deceased at the scene.
Amidst the chaos, one of the victims managed to escape and sought refuge at a nearby establishment. Sources obtained distressing video footage depicting the victim crawling across the parking lot in a desperate quest for assistance.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office revealed that the assailant, sporting a black mask concealing their face, fled the scene on foot and remains at large, evading capture as of yet.
