James Manley Obituary: Webster man, 63, ID’d as victim killed in crash on West Ridge Road

James Manley Obituary – The individual who lost their life in a single-vehicle accident on West Ridge Road in Rochester on Wednesday morning has been identified. According to Captain Greg Bello of the Rochester Police Department, James Manley, a 63-year-old resident of Webster, was driving towards the east on West Ridge Road, just west of Lake Avenue.

The vehicle he was operating veered off the road, collided with multiple objects, and then returned to the roadway. The incident took place at approximately 10:40 a.m. Manley was transported to Rochester General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A female passenger in her 60s also sustained injuries, although they were not life-threatening, and she was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for medical attention.

The crash is currently being investigated.
