Greentown Mourns the Loss of Beloved Community Member Linda L. Kish-Flores
The Greentown community is deeply saddened by the passing of Linda L. Kish-Flores, a beloved member of our community, who left us on Friday, February 23, 2024, at Jefferson Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia. At the age of 57, Linda’s departure has left an irreplaceable void, but her memory and the love she shared will endure in the hearts of all who were touched by her presence.
A native of Greentown, Linda was renowned for her vibrant personality, compassionate spirit, and unwavering dedication to her loved ones. Her life was a testament to warmth and kindness, touching countless hearts and leaving an everlasting imprint on our community.
Linda shared a profound and enduring bond with her fiancé, Louis “Butch” Fiorelli, their love serving as a source of strength and comfort through life’s challenges. Together for six years, their relationship exemplified mutual support and unwavering devotion.
As a devout member of the Church of Saint Eulalia, Linda’s faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and inspiring those around her with her commitment to compassion, forgiveness, and love.
The community will gather to celebrate Linda’s life on Wednesday, February 28, at 10:00 am at Brian Arthur Strauch Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, LLC, in Spring Brook Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at the Church of Saint Eulalia in Roaring Brook Twp., where Father David W. Cramer will lead the congregation in honoring Linda’s life and offering comfort to all who mourn her passing.
Following the Mass, Linda will be laid to rest at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Covington Twp., providing a moment of reflection and farewell for family and friends. This gathering will offer an opportunity for loved ones to pay their respects and cherish the memories shared with Linda.
In anticipation of the funeral service, a viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 27, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Brian Arthur Strauch Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, LLC. This time together will allow those who knew Linda to support one another and reminisce about her remarkable life.
The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Church of Saint Eulalia in Linda’s memory. These contributions will honor Linda’s legacy and support the church community that meant so much to her.
