The Grand County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding a missing 14-year-old Moab girl who may have run away.
Sophia Madsen was last seen at her Moab residence Thursday, the sheriff’s office stated on social media.
Sophia is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and 100 pounds, with brown eyes and shoulder-length brown hair. She may have been wearing a maroon Carhartt sweater, the post says.
Anyone with information about Sophia’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Grand County Sheriff’s Office at 435-259-4321.
