A tragic accident on Thinwood Road in Cocke County resulted in the deaths of two teenagers, as reported by the sheriff’s office.
Officers from the Cocke County Sheriff’s Office responded to a traffic accident on Thinwood Drive, off of West Highway 25/70, on Tuesday evening. Sheriff CJ Ball confirmed on Wednesday that the collision claimed the lives of two individuals, aged 15 and 19. Family members identified the 15-year-old as Hayden Carter of Newport, Tennessee.
