Death; Justin King Locust Fork, AL, CPFD Firefighter died in motorcycle accident at 23

Justin King of Locust Fork, Alabama has died suddenly. Justin who was a Firefighter in Center Point, tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident last night, June 2, just south of Garden City. This has caused his family and his community to be very devastated at heart and soul. He will be missed so dearly by everyone who knew and loved him personally and also at work.

Justin was a nice and kind soul that lived in Locust Fork, Alabama. He worked as a Firefighter in Center Point. He was married to Hope Huffstutler King. He was a good father and one who would do anything for his family. He loved his job with great passion and dedication. He loved saving lives that is why he probably opted to work as a Firefighter. He was blessed with a son Colt, a lovely and sweet boy that took after the resemblance of his Dad, as many have said.

Justin King was a gentle man who loved his friends exceptionally and at every phase of their lives. He was a selfless and appreciative person. Always willing and ready to learn and explore new ideas. His contributions to his community was huge and enormous. He was always willing to putting in his best in all that he did.

Main Story

In a Blount County single-vehicle collision, a firefighter lost their life. Justin P. King has been identified as the victim by state troopers. His age was 23. King’s Harley-Davidson motorcycle veered off the road and collided with a utility pole, resulting in the accident. King was flung from the motorbike and perished instantly.

The collision occurred close to Church Street on US 31. King was employed by the Centre Point Fire District and the City of Hoover Fire Department. He was carrying on his father’s legacy as a retired Centre Point firefighter, Jonathan King. On July 6, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., there will be a visitation at Crossroads Baptist Church, which is situated at 801 Highway 160 in Warrior. The County Line Baptist Church Cemetery, 22 Smith Mill Road, Trafford, will host a graveside service.
