Dave Mccreadie Broseley Death, Bike4Life Fest member died in motorcycle accident

Dave McCreadie, a resident of Broseley a town in Shropshire, England, and a well-known biker has passed away. He was announced dead by Bike4Life Fest in a social media post that read “We are deeply saddened to share the news that Dave McCreadie, a beloved member of the biking community and a regular at our Bike4Life event, tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident. Dave was looking forward to joining us this year.”

What happened to Dave Mccreadie?

Last Friday around 5:12 p.m., Dave McCreadie was riding his black KTM 1290 Superduke when it collided with a silver Ford Focus on the B4380 Emstrey Bank heading towards Atcham. The 45-year-old Broseley resident was tragically declared dead at the scene, despite the best efforts of emergency services. Following the collision last Friday, a man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of causing reckless driving and was later bailed awaiting further enquiries. The West Mercia Police are also looking for crash witnesses.

Who was Dave McCreadie?

Based on his social media profile, Dave McCreadie worked at AV Birch as a Senior Site Engineer and was a resident in Broseley. He was romantically involved with Sharon Hurst. He was loved and cherished by his mother, brother Alex McCreadie and two sisters. Dave was a devoted parent to his two kids. He was a part of a larger biking community and belonged to two bike groups, The Lost Boys and Midlands Riders. They had been up and left tributes. Half-masted flags were also flown by Salop Leisure.

Dave McCreadie obituary will be released by the family at a later date. A funeral is expected to take place next month. The family has asked for any donations to be sent to the Broseley First Responders.
