Dan Clarke Death, England Musician died of cardiac arrest, Howard Jones mourns

Popular England musician and producer, Dan Clarke has passed away. He was announced dead by Howard Jones in a social media statement that read “Breaks my heart to bring you the news that our lovely Dan passed away on Sunday of cardiac arrest. Dan Clarke was a beloved member of my band, he brought energy and joy every night to the stage and was such great company on tour. I’d like to dedicate our upcoming shows to him and his wonderful spirit. I will miss him so much. Words are never enough.”

Who was Dan Clarke?

Famous musician, songwriter, and producer Dan Clarke was born in Port Talbot, Wales. Dan frequently works behind the camera in addition to producing music and films. As a cameraman, he had the great fortune to work with a number of well-known artists, including BT (Black Hole Recordings), Anne-Marie (Warner), and STANDERWICK (Armada). In Howard Jones’s band, he was a beloved member. Howard Jones hired him to play keyboards and percussion.

With his wicked sense of humor and quick wit, Dan was one of those people that brightened every room he was in. He had more than ten years of expertise in the musical instrument industry as a touring keyboardist and well-known song producer. At Behringer, the biggest synthesizer manufacturer in the world, Dan held the position of Global Branding Leader. In this role, he was in charge of developing launch and instructional content for the company’s whole Synthesizer product line in addition to branding.
