Borehamwood detectives are looking for witnesses in connection with a violent attack that happened on Thursday, June 6. At 8:43 a.m., police were called to an incident in Keystone Passage, close to Shenley Road, where a man in his 20s is said to have been the victim of a knife attack that left him with minor injuries.
Officers searched the area thoroughly after arriving at the site quickly, and they soon found a weapon that is thought to have been used. Local investigators are still putting in a lot of effort to determine the facts.
Detective Sergeant Yaser Khan of the Hertsmere Local Crime Unit stated:
“We are appealing to anyone who might have seen this incident take place and equally anyone who saw anything suspicious in the time leading up to, or after, the attack. “If you were in the area at the time and potentially have dash cam footage or have doorbell cameras or CCTV at home the police would welcome the opportunity to have access to the footage.
“I would like to thank everyone who has assisted police so far with this enquiry and would like to reassure communities that detectives and Neighbourhood Officers are working around the clock to provide reassurance and to piece together information being passed to us, but we would encourage anyone with further information to report this, as it may be vital to our investigation.
