Baggio Boxill of Black Rock, St Michael died, 4 injured in shooting in Barbados on June 29

As of today, Saturday, June 29, the victim of the gunshot incident that happened near Black Rock Main Road has been officially recognized by the Barbados Police Service (TBPS). Baggio Boxill, a 24-year-old resident of Black Rock, St. Michael, has been identified as the man. The dead and four other people were traveling in a single car along Black Rock Main Road at around two forty-one in the morning when they were shot at multiple times, according to the police.

The driver of the car, Boxill, passed away instantly. Other passengers had multiple bullet wounds to their bodies and left to seek medical attention. There are still investigations underway. No arrest have been reportedly made and no description of a suspect have been made public by the authorities at the time of this publication. The circumstances surrounding the incident is currently unknown.
