Renowned California singer and teacher Aimee Puentes has sadly passed away. She died leaving those who knew her devastated. She was confirmed dead through various publication made on social media on Tuesday 15th October 2024. The actual cause of her death has not been made known at the time this report was made.

The soprano’s achievements have not gone unnoticed. She has earned numerous accolades, including being a winner of the Palm Beach Opera Vocal Competition and a semifinalist in the Loren L. Zachary Society Competition. Her journey through the competitive landscape of opera has seen her emerge as a three-time West Coast regional finalist in The Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, where she also received the IIE International Vocal Competition Award.
