A woman is dead after a traffic collision reported at about 9:10 p.m. Tuesday.

Westbound traffic was not affected, she said. The eastbound part of the road was expected to be closed until about midnight, she said at about 10 p.m..
A man believed involved with the crash fled the scene, Stump said.
“They’ve located him and he’ll be returning to the scene.”
Information about any additional injuries was not available.
