Leah Fagan, a resident of Dublin, Ireland, and a cherished member and recent Fit4Life graduate, has passed away. The news was shared through a heartfelt social media post: “Heartbreaking news, Leah Fagan. You were a lovely girl inside and out. I’ll cherish all the good memories we had in school. I’m in shock. Look over your gorgeous little girl and your family in this hard time. RIP beautiful.”
Who was Leah Fagan?
Leah Fagan was a dedicated member of the Ballymun East Community Centre in Dublin, Ireland. She began her running journey with the FIT4LIFE program, where she built strong friendships. Recently, she had completed the women’s mini marathon and was planning to run her first half marathon later this year. Leah was a loving mother to her young daughter and was deeply cherished by her family, including her brother, sisters, and parents.

“Dear members and community, it is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved member and recent Fit4Life graduate, Leah Fagan. The entire club is heartbroken. In light of this tragic loss, all club sessions have been canceled this week as a mark of respect. The clubhouse will be open on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 pm for tea and coffee, providing a safe space for those affected by Leah’s passing to come together for support. We encourage you to join us in honoring Leah’s memory during this difficult time.
Leah recently started her running journey in the FIT4LIFE program, making many close friends in the club. She had also completed the women’s mini marathon and was preparing for her first half marathon later this year. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
