Deandre Jones Pensacola FL Death: Roy Jones Jr., the boxing legend, said on social media that he is in mourning over the death of his son, DeAndre Jones, who committed suicide. DeAndre was one of Jones’ three boys with his wife Natlyn; he would have turned 33 in July.
He had two brothers: Roy III, who was older, and DeShaun, who was his twin. Together with DeShaun and their cousin Dyllon Burnside, DeAndre founded the rap group “3D” while he was a youngster. Roy Jones Jr. released the following statement on Instagram:
Unfortunately, my son DeAndre took his life on Saturday. I’m so thankful that God allowed me to come home Friday night to spend the last night of his life with me and the family. I know a lot of people are going through tough times right now, but nothing is worth taking your own life. God gives it and God should be the one to take it away. Please respect our privacy while my family and I process this loss. Thank you for your love and support.
