Taylor Neltner, a resident of Burlington, Kentucky, and a former player for the Johnson University women’s soccer team passed away on Tuesday evening.
She was confirmed dead by Johnson University in a social media post that read “We are heartbroken and we mourn as a campus today as we’ve learned of the passing of Taylor Neltner.
Taylor graduated from the psychology program in December 2022, played for the women’s soccer team at Johnson, and was a great student, athlete, and friend to many on campus.
Please join in prayer for Taylor’s family and friends, and all in the community who are mourning her loss.”
Taylor Neltner was a resident of Burlington, Kentucky, according to her social media profile. She went to Randall K. Cooper High School and studied at Johnson University.
Taylor graduated from the psychology program in December 2022, played for the women’s soccer team at Johnson, and was a great student, athlete, and friend to many on campus. Taylor has long been a huge part of the Cooper Lady Jags Soccer Team.
First, as a player, through which time she became a teammate and leader to all. And most recently, as a Coach, where her heart and influence spread throughout each girl and coach who was lucky enough to be in her life.
She was loved and cherished by her mother Jayme Hamilton Neltner and her sister Tori Neltner.
Taylor was one of the most selfless people with the biggest heart. She always made everyone around her feel loved and celebrated. She always had a smile on her face, and man was it infectious.
Taylor Neltner’s obituary and funeral arrangements will be released by the family at a later date.
