Independence Twp. woman Lacie Santia missing from Oakland County, Michigan has been found dead. Lacie was located deceased forty hours after she was reported missing from Oakland County, MI. The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public in identifying a woman from Independence Township who is suspected to be in or around Waterford Oaks County Park. Lacie Nicole Santia, aged 38, was reported missing by her family on Saturday morning. According to the Sheriff’s Office, her family expressed apprehension regarding her emotional condition. Lacie Nicole Santia is 38 years old. Deputies discovered her vacant vehicle on Saturday in the county park’s parking area, with the keys left in the ignition.
Santia has a height of 5 feet and 6 inches and a weight of 130 pounds. She has dark brown hair and dark eyes. The woman’s most recent sighting saw her donning black yoga pants and a black athletic shirt. The search involved the participation of many law enforcement units, including the Sheriff’s Office Drone Unit, search and rescue team, K-9 unit, aviation unit, Waterford Township police, U.S. Border Patrol, and Metroparks Police Search and Rescue Team.The search was continued by the Sheriff’s Office on Sunday.
