Vincent Adkins Obituary – On Friday afternoon, a fatal head-on collision occurred in Pittsylvania County, as reported by the Virginia State Police. The incident took place at 11:15 a.m. on Walkers Well Road, approximately one-tenth of a mile south of Cherrystone Lake Road.
A 2001 Toyota Corolla, driven by Vincent Adkins, a 59-year-old resident of Callands, crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a 1989 GMC 2500. Tragically, Adkins lost his life at the scene. Fortunately, the driver and passenger of the GMC escaped unharmed, according to authorities.
