The two men passed away at the hospital, identified as 69-year-old Shelby Carpenter and 45-year-old Dustin Bolen by the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office.

Carpenter’s death was classified as an apparent homicide, while Bolen’s was deemed an apparent suicide. An eviction notice was reportedly served by Carpenter to Bolen, prompting a scheduled court appearance on Thursday morning.
