Thomas Totman Obituary – The man who was fatally struck by a pickup truck in Phippsburg on Tuesday has been identified by authorities. Thomas Totman, 85 years old, was tragically run over by a pickup truck while it was reversing in the parking lot of Phippsburg Center Store on Route 209.
Regrettably, Totman succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Following the incident, officials from the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office diligently worked to reconstruct the sequence of events.
